40 extracare units being built in Kent

Work is under way on 40 extracare apartments near Dartford in Kent.

Emily Court is being built on the former Stanley Morgan care home site in Wilmington through the â£72m Better Homes Active Lives partnership.

The new development is part of a Private Finance Initiative (PFI) project to deliver more homes across the county for older and disabled people. The rented extracare apart
