Care sector development, design and build specialist, Castleoak, has completed its latest scheme in a £5.1m project for the Sussex-based housing association Saxon Weald.

Rosebrook Court comprises 33 one- and two-bedroom extracare apartments with communal facilities, including lounge areas, a dining room and hair salon. A separate satellite block is already in use as a day care centre by the local community and also contains three apartments for people with learning disabilities.
