Abbey Care acquires West Midlands home

Recently formed Abbey Care Ltd has acquired Strad House an 18-bed care home in Stourbridge, West Midlands. The acquisition was made by way purchase of the entire issued share capital in Karelink Ltd. Following the establishment of the Abbeygate Care Centre in nearby Brierley Hill, Abbey Care director Dasrath Sahadew approached specialist care consultants Pinkertons, who were instructed by Strad House vendor Tina Chan. Mr Sahadew has renamed Strad House as the Abbeydale Care Centre and expects to achieve similar success and future acquisitions in this locality.
