Acquisition doubles Swanton’s portfolio

Specialist provider Swanton Care & Community has acquired Maesteilo Care Homes Ltd, doubling the group’s size in the space of a year to a total of 218 beds.

Maesteilo comprises seven care facilities providing care and support for young adults with autism and learning disabilities, with a total registration for 65 service users. All the facilities are located in and around Carmarthenshire in South Wales.
