Advent International buys Craegmoor

Major specialist provider Craegmoor Healthcare has been acquired by the global private equity firm Advent International. Craegmoor will benefit from an immediate £13 million capital expenditure programme in the company’s existing portfolio of specialist and nursing care homes, mental health hospitals, specialist adult colleges and supported living schemes with over 4,700 beds across 234 homes. Further financial facilities are in place to support both organic and acquisitive growth.
