Affordable extracare planned for Highgate

Hill Homes, working in conjunction with One Housing Group and PRP, has obtained planning permission to build an affordable extracare scheme in the Highgate area of London. The development is expected to start on site in October, with completion scheduled for October 2010.

Located within the Highgate Conservation area the development, known as Trees, takes its name from the many mature and protected trees on the site. The scheme will provide 40 one and two bedroom extracare apartments as well as a range of communal facilities for residents, including an acti
