Another acquistion for Four Seasons Healthcare

Four Seasons Health Care have acquired another care home from the Regency Care Group, the seventh they have recently acquired off Regency. The dual registered home is in Baldock, Hertfordshire, and has 69 nursing and residential beds. This pushes the total number of homes operated by Four Seasons to 114 and nearly 6,000 beds. Four Seasons Health Care is based in Wilmslow, Cheshire and is now one of the UK¹s largest operators of care homes.
