BUPA Care Homes has acquired the Avalon group of five homes on three sites in Solihull, West Midlands, Stratford-upon-Avon, and Bristol, with a total of 179 beds (94 nursing and 85 residential). Under the deal BUPA Care Homes will acquire the business and trading assets of Avalon and has agreed a 35-year lease for the properties.
