Avery builds in West Yorkshire

Avery Healthcare is developing a new 45-bed care home in Heckmondwike, West Yorkshire due to open in the late summer of next year.

The home will be built on a plot formerly occupied by a town centre hotel and will cater for a range of care needs. The Northampton-based company has also just purchased a 1.2 acre plot in a Lincolnshire town and hopes to gain planning permission before the end of the year for a 65-bed home, giving the green light to a much needed facility for elderly people in the area. Building work is expected to begin early next year.
