Barchester acquires Iddenshall

Barchester Healthcare plc has acquired the 40-bed Iddenshall Hall residential care home in the village of Clotton, near Tarporley, Cheshire (pictured below), from the previous owners Mr and Mrs Smart, who are retiring from the care sector. Property agents Christie & Co acted for Barchester.
