Bathlift firm breaches advertising code

A ruling by the Advertising Standards Authority has found that bath lift manufacturer Aquajoy has breached the Committee of Advertising Practice codes.

The company was challenged by Mountway Ltd over statements made in its brochures which included claims that the Aquajoy Premier Plus Bathlift was the bath lift market leader.

It was ruled ten claims could not be proved, with many being misle
