Bison completes dealership set-up

Bison¹s new policy of distributing its stair-lifts exclusively through a network of dealers is now complete with the strengthening of the dealer support team in four key areas ­ marketing, sales force, technical support and customer services. The company reports that extensive and detailed research had clearly shown that the needs of the company¹s end-users would be better served through a network of specialist, local dealers. The UK sales team, headed by Ian Jones, will have four regional managers: Stuart Briggs in the North; Lindsay Burrill in the Midlands; Peter Fears in the South East and Nigel Hopkins in the South West. Marketing support is provided by Angus Long – stair-lifts. Bison managing director Steve Dickinson said the customer service team would be headed by Keith Simpson with Karen Pearson as team leader. “Technical support is led by Stewart Macleod with an enlarged team of Technical Support engineers, offering training and field support,” Mr Dickinson said. “We see a prosperous future in par
