BOI provides £20m facility for Hallmark Healthcare

Bank of Ireland has provided a £20m acquisition and development facility for the Hallmark Healthcare Group to support the group in meeting its ambitious growth target. The bank¹s head of healthcare Paul Moran said Hallmark had been identified as one of the rising stars of the healthcare industry. “We have supported the management and their team over the past five years,” Mr Moran said. “We are impressed by their commitment to providing a high quality service in highly specified units.” Hallmark¹s most recent acquisition of three homes in the Northwest strengthens their regional presence there. In a deal handled by property agents Christie & Co, Hallmark purchased Broughton Hall Nursing Homes Ltd in North Wales, adding 139 beds to the group¹s portfolio.
