Brunelcare conducts comprehensive tenant survey

Bristol-based charity Brunelcare has conducted its biggest ever tenant survey, inviting feedback on its services from about 1,000 tenants. Brunelcare commissioned the National Housing Federation to carry out the tenant survey which was sent to all 30 of its sites throughout the Bristol area. The charity¹s service development manager Sally Willcox said the response rate had been exceptionally high, with comments and feedback from about 700 tenants being very positive. “Around 90 per cent of tenants felt that they were kept well informed with issues, which is great news for us because improving communications with our tenants and making sure they are happy with the services are of paramount concern to us,” said Ms Willcox. The results showed that on nearly all counts, the tenants were extremely satisfied with their homes and the services provided. More than 92 per cent of tenants surveyed said they were happy with the way that landlords dealt with maintenance issues and repairs and 90 per cent of tenants felt
