Dr Pete Calveley has been appointed as chief executive of Four Seasons Health Care, one of the UK’s biggest independent healthcare companies.

Dr Calveley joined Four Seasons on a part-time basis in November 2005 as primary care medical director, while continuing his role as a GP and PCT director in Lincolnshire. He then took on a full-time role, responsible for all of Four Seasons care homes across England, Scotland and N. Ireland, last autumn.
