Campbell leaves Scottish Care

Joe Campbell has retires chairman of Scottish Care after seven years. He is replaced by Bill Colvin, chairman of Southern Cross Healthcare and a new chief executive, Ranald Mair, started in January. Mr Campbell, who says Scottish Care now represents more than 90 per cent of all care homes in Scotland, said he had agreed to become chairman of Scottish Care at Home which is a new organisation representing domiciliary care providers in the private sector.
