Cardiff care homes site marked for development

The site of two care homes in Cardiff are being marketed as an attractive development opportunity.

The Jane Hodge care home in Pontcanna has already closed while the adjacent St Winifride’s, presently run by Cardiff Council, will close next March.

Chartered surveyor and property consultant Gerald Eve has been appointed to handle the sale of the 2.5 acre site.
