13th National Care Awards Gala Night proves a huge success

On the 25th November 2011 over 600 excited care professionals crammed into Europe’s largest hotel, The London Hilton Metropole Hotel, to celebrate the very best people in the long term care sector as part of the longest established and most respected care awards
After a brilliant Champagne Reception the guests enjoyed a wonderful meal and were entertained to live opera. John Sergeant followed to huge cheers and after entertaining the crowd with stories of his very varied life and experiences.
Sixteen Awards were then presented by 16 sponsors led by Richard Lunn of Main Sponsor, Christie & Co to thoroughly deserving winners, accompanied by enthusiastic cheering from everyone (see below).
The evening closed with riotous games of Heads and Tails on behalf of the charity Care Professionals Benevolent Fund and entertainment sponsored by Pinders.
