Care Cart keeps out the cold

Marco-TSE Catering Equipment, one of the leading manufacturers of British-made catering trolleys and servery counters, has launched an all-new version of its popular Care Cart, updated with modern design, improved styling and many new features for 2002. The Care Cart is a heated trolley, designed for the storage and transportation of hot food. The unit is said to be ideal for the small dining room requiring individual pre-plated meals or for plating from gastronorm containers. “Its compact construction lends itself perfectly to use in care and nursing homes, where space is often at a premium,” says Marco-TSE. “The beauty of the Care Cart is that it is so versatile and may be ordered with a variety of different configurations. The unit is stainless steel inside and out as standard, although other finishes are available as options. It will keep up to 25 hot meals at a time and can be specified with plain top or bain-marie cut-out.” The Care Cart comes with a full size hot cupboard, to be followed in early 2002
