CareTech makes major acquisitions and launches £30m share placement

Specialist care provider CareTech announced a strong set of interim results in mid-June, along with an equity fundraising share placement of £30m.

Occupancy across the company’s facilities is reported to be 94% with sales increasing by 23.5% to £30.7m; EBITDA has grown by 51% to £7m.

CareTech has also announced a £30m placing at 420p to provide further firepowe
