Caretech results – expansion continues amid volatile capital markets

On 18th June Caretech, a major provider of residential and support services to adults with learning disabilities, issued a flurry of communications to the City including its interim results for the six months to 31st March 2008. Two other statements highlighted their latest acquisition and the raising of £30m via a share placement. The interim results provided much comfort to investors:

  • Turnover increased by 24% to £30.7m;
