Carewatch expands in Wales

Carewatch Care Services Ltd, a fast growing UK homecare provider, has signed its second franchisee in Wales. James Dwyer is the latest franchisee to join the Carewatch team of more than 110 franchised offices by buying the franchise for Carewatch (Cardiff). Mr Dwyer completed a franchisee training course at the Carewatch head office in Brighton. He is in the process of recruiting a care manager and hopes to launch the business in mid-September. The trend towards an ageing population in the UK means the care industry has great growth potential as well as being a rewarding opportunity,” Mr Dwyer said. “I was attracted to franchising because it offers a proven business model and significantly reduces the risks involved in setting up your own business.” Originally from Australia, James has spent 12 years as a finance director in the telecommunications industry, working in the UK, Europe, Asia and Australia. He joins Carewatch (Swansea) as the other franchisee in Wales. Carewatch Care Services provides more than 1
