Carewatch promotes franchising

Major homecare provider Carewatch Care Services Ltd, has recently carried out a poll of the existing network of Carewatch franchisees about their reasons for choosing a franchise, and in particular Carewatch. The company¹s franchise recruitment manager Pam Feltham said the poll found that many existing franchisees found out about the Carewatch concept through attending seminars and exhibitions and via the franchising press. “They were attracted to Carewatch by the staff they met at the head office team and the training and support on offer for the franchisees, together with the potential of the healthcare market,” Ms Feltham said. The Carewatch franchisees were asked if they actively promoted being a franchisee once they have joined the network. Seventy-three per cent said they told both their staff and clients that there were franchisees and were not only local business owners, but part of a national network.
