Castleoak launches new commercial services arm

Newport-based specialist healthcare contractor, Castleoak plc, has consolidated its former commercial and consultancy division under one roof with the launch of a new stand-alone company, Castleoak Commercial Services. Castleoak says the company, set up in a bid to expand the facilities offered to the group’s existing clients, will provide a wide range of specialist services to businesses involved in the development of care homes throughout the UK. Director Gary Reeve-Wing said one of Castleoak Commercial Services’ principal features would be its ability to acquire sites and obtain planning consent for healthcare schemes on the client’s behalf. “During the last year, the group has built up a large database of current development opportunities and acquired sites for a range of clients, including Southern Cross, Anchor Trust, Pastoral Homes and Emerald Healthcare,” Mr Reeve-Wing said. “The company can also provide an audit and option analysis, supplying advice and solutions to clients wishing to protect their i
