Castleoak reports big increase in turnover

Cardiff-based care home design and construction company Castleoak Construction has reported a 30 per cent increase in turnover due to a surge in demand. Te company has benefited in part through the necessity for local authorities to redevelop their care home stock to comply with the National Minimum Standards. Additionally, in the last year Castleoak Construction has secured planning permission for 10 new care homes throughout the United Kingdom. A senior company spokesman said: “We have been in an excellent position over the past year to capitalise on the strong demand from the care home sector, as the impact of the new National Minimum Standards took effect.”
