Care sector development, design and build specialist Castleoak has handed over its latest project, a 75-bed specialist dementia care home in Telford, and started on site at a 54-apartment extracare scheme in Worthing.

Castleoak’s first project for Shropshire-based Coverage Care, Lightmoor View in Telford, is a three-storey care home with ensuite rooms – each with internet access – arranged as six individual units, providing specialised nursing care for patients with differing needs.
