Christie & Co’s Manchester office wins ‘Office of the Year’

The Manchester office of Christie & Co has won the Å’Office of the Year1 accolade for the year 2000. The award was presented to the director and manager of Christie & Co1s Manchester Office, Julian Troup. “Since opening the Manchester office in 1985, this was our strongest performance on the number of businesses we sold together with our turnover in the period,” Mr Troup said. “During 2000 we sold more than 250 businesses throughout the north west of England and North Wales. We have now won the Office of the Year award on eight occasions in the last 11 years.” “As well as the Office of the Year Award, Cirion Plant, associate director in the healthcare division of the Manchester office, won the Å’Healthcare Negotiator of the Year1 award – further evidence of the office1s successes in that particular sector.” Mr Troup said sales in the healthcare sector had continued apace in the North Wales area with demand mainly centring around the higher quality units close to the major towns.
