Stephen and Leon Fear, a father and son team of international property investors with a portfolio spanning the UK, France and the USA, have recently created Claverton Healthcare plc to develop a number of care homes and care villages in the UK.

Having won approval for a 101-bed nursing home in Redland, Bristol, the father-and-son team intend to grow the business with a 60-bed scheme in Bath, a 50-bed scheme in Downend, Bristol and two care village projects in Windsor and Chippenham, Wiltshire. Projected development values exceed £150m.
