Claverton Healthcare has acquired a 1.3 acre site in central Bath. With a C2 care use already in existence, Springfield House comprises two large buildings and one smaller mews building which Claverton plans to extend to cater for up to 60 new residents.

The site is set in a tranquil residential area which has far reaching views over the Georgian city of Bath and extensive gardens.
