Clydesdale backs Northfield purchase

The operators of a South West care home have added an additional property to their portfolio. Richard and Sue Harris, who run Quarry Mount in Swindon, secured a funding package from Clydesdale Bank to purchase Northfield House, a 25-bed care home in Stroud.

‘We had always planned to develop a small portfolio of care homes and were attracted to Northfield House,’ said Richard Harris.
