Court Cavendish acquires CMG

Court Cavendish has acquired Care Management Group (CMG), a specialist care homes provider, for an undisclosed sum. Dr Chai Patel, Mr David Spruzen and Mr Bob Lewis have joined the Board. Formed in 1996 by chief executive Michael Buckingham, CMG owns and operates more than 100 facilities for people with learning disabilities, with nearly 700 beds and several day-care centres for adults and children.
