Coverage Care invests in management training

Three Shropshire care company managers are now better qualified to face future challenges in the industry after successfully completing management courses. Suzanne Hughes and Di Beasley collected the Institute of Management Certificate in Management and Pat Cadman received an HNC Certificate in Health and Social Care at an award ceremony held at the Abbey in Shrewsbury. They all work for Shrewsbury-based Coverage Care (Shropshire) Ltd, who run nine residential care homes for elderly people and employ 450 staff in Shropshire. Sponsored by their employer, Ms Hughes and Ms Beasley completed the two-year course in 12 months at Radbrook College, Shrewsbury. Ms Hughes is the company¹s care services project manager, Ms Beasley is manager of Coton Hill House residential home in Shrewsbury and Ms Cadman is the new manager of Stone House residential home in Bishops Castle.
