Craegmoor creates commercial director position in growth drive

Craegmoor Healthcare has appointed Paul Hayes (right) as its first commercial director, signalling the company¹s continued commitment to developing major projects throughout the UK to meet regional and national care needs. Craegmoor says the new post will provide a dedicated resource for managing the development of new and existing facilities for the company¹s three specialist areas of business ­ care homes, secure services and supported living. The appointment follows recent approval to build two major new care homes and extend services at two of Craegmoor¹s existing secure services facilities. Managing a budget of £20 million, Paul Hayes will be tasked with driving such development projects forward, to run alongside Craegmoor¹s ongoing acquisitions programme. “We are already working in partnership with local authorities around the country to develop facilities that respond to current shortfalls in care provision,” Mr Hayes said. “It is my responsibility to ensure we build on this and successfully deli
