Craegmoor Healthcare has added to its existing national portfolio of care homes with the acquisition of the Conquest Care Homes Group. Handled by surveyors and valuers Christie & Co, the transaction included a total of 12 care homes. Earlier this year in a deal also handled by Christie & Co, Craegmoor acquired the Umbrella Specialist Care Group in Luton, Bedfordshire.
