Danes invest in UK care homes

Acting on the instructions of healthcare specialists, WH Healthcare LLP, Christie + Co has sold the investment interest in three care homes to the Danish investment fund, Estatum A/S, for about £8m.

The homes, one in Nottingham and two in Middlesbrough, have an aggregate registration of 140 beds and are let to experienced healthcare provider Mimosa which will continue to operate the businesses alongside its other 23 homes across the UK.
