Development funding for small operator

Christie Finance has provided funding for care home operator Steven Bol to develop his existing care business, Woodland care home, in the small village of Morda, near Oswestry in Shropshire, close to the English and Welsh border.

Registered for 20 elderly people, with one learning disability place, the home enjoys good levels of occupancy and has a good reputation. Having been owned by Mr Bol for the past 19 years, the registration increased from the original 10 when an extension was added and internal work was undertaken.
