Double sale in Lincolnshire

A share transfer of two separate companies recently saw the successful sale to a multiple operator of Hazelmere House and Littlecoates House in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire. The sales were handled by GLP Taylors.

Both homes are well established within the region, providing a high level of accommodation with a total registration of 76 being accommodated in 75 bedrooms, all of which benefit from en-suite facilities.

With a consistently impressive occupancy level, both sites also offer potential for future expansion.

GLP Taylors said the opportunity was never openly marketed with the agent successfully achieving a competitive bidding scenario from an appropriate shortlist of registered applicants previously agreed with the client.

GLP Taylors say potential for delay was further minimised through the vendors’ decision to seek specialist advice through themselves as agents and Hackett Windle LLP as legal and tax advisors.
