Off-site construction specialist Light Steel Frame Solutions (LSFS) has been awarded new contracts to manufacture, design and install four storeys of a structural light steel framing system to two new build care homes in Chelmsford, Essex.

The new contracts for Broomfield and Sandon care homes, valued at £720k and £500k respectively, will see LSFS working alongside main contractor JR Pickstock and architect Tooley & Foster Partnership for client European Care. LSFS began the 16-week build programme in March.
