Extracare PFI scheme under way in Cheshire

Major architectural firm PRP has been appointed as lead architect on a new extracare housing PFI scheme recently secured with Cheshire County Council.

Gleeson Building was awarded the £65 million contract to design and construct the five extracare home facilities following a lengthy period of negotiation and planning.
