Feltham opening will herald period of growth for Life Style

The opening in May of a new 90-bed care centre in Feltham heralds a period of sustained growth for the north-London based care provider Life Style Care. The Coniston Lodge Care Centre in Feltham has been built at a cost of £4.5 million and will provide accommodation and care for frail elderly and elderly mentally ill residents. This development will be followed by further care centres in Luton (80 beds), Hornchurch (60 beds), Reading (137 beds) and Putney (110 beds). The completion of these new care centres will take the total Life Style Care portfolio beyond 1,500 beds. The development in Luton is expected to be completed by the end of the year at a further cost of £4 million. Life Style Care operations director Paul Ware said that, like the company¹s recent developments in Dagenham, Essex and Thamesmead in south-east London, the Feltham and Luton care centres meet National Minimum Standards.
