Firewalk championed as means of empowerment

That¹s why, for the last three years, we¹ve given 150 members of our team the chance to walk barefoot over a 12 feet stretch of burning coals. Madness, you might think, but actually, there¹s a lot of method in this madness. The firewalk is one element of leading American psychologist Anthony Robbins¹ flagship programme “Unleash the power within¹ (UPW) -­ an intensive weekend course aimed at giving people the power to change their quality of life forever. Anthony Robbins bills these seminars as “three-and-a-half of the most empowering, educational and entertaining days of your life” offering participants the opportunity to “vanquish anything that may be holding you back from utilising the force that can instantly change your life”.
