First year is free with rental holiday

Warner Howard Group Ltd, specialist supplier of commercial laundry systems and service has recognised that when on-premise laundries need replacing, it is often an unexpected and unbudgeted expense. That’s why the company says its Rental Holiday plan has been so successful. The six-year rental agreement offers clients a new on-premise laundry, with nothing to pay in the first year. This gives sites a full year to budget for the payments. Further good news is that the rental payments in the following five years will be fixed at 1998 prices, meaning that sites can accurately budget their laundry equipment and servicing costs six years ahead from installation date. Speaking of the new scheme, Director of Sales for Warner Howard, Les Marshall said his company recognised that installing or replacing an on-premise laundry is often an unbudgeted item. “The benefit of the Rental Holiday plan is that no payment is due in year one, giving our customers the breathing space to plan for the expenditure in future years,” M
