. . . a snapshot of the working week


In at 7.45am for our monthly 8.00am executive meeting for Castleoak Care Partnerships (CCP). These are always quite long meetings, but invaluable. We cover all live projects, pipeline schemes, finance, HR, marketing, forward planning. A few minor wrinkles, but otherwise all going well.

We spend some time catching up on the plans for the new timber frame facility. These are being led by Colwyn Knight (managing director) and are a response to the supply and pricing risks which we have been tracking for some time. I congratulate the team on our re-accreditation under Investors in People, including the recently launched leadership and management model. Everyone is pleased with the new offices and the move process. Finished with a buffet lunch.
