Chosen for aesthetics and cleanliness, Polyflor Kudos wood effect vinyl plank flooring from commercial flooring specialists Polyflor Ltd has been installed in the Caroline Suite at Manchester Royal Infirmary. Fitted by Crown Flooring of Burtonwood, the flooring is said to contribute to a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for patients in an area where carpet was unsuitable because of cleaning and hygiene issues. Polyflor Kudos is described as a hard wearing vinyl plank and tile. The range comprises 16 wood designs ­ 10 in 101 x 914mm plank and six in wider 152 x 914mm style, and 14 new stone designs in 457 x 457mm tiles, plus made to order decorative borders and feature strips.
