Former director of clinical services turns recruiter

Mary Mantell, former director of clinical services at the Princess Alice Hospice in Esher, has joined specialist care home management recruiters Knightley Search & Selection as a recruitment consultant. Knightley managing director Marjorie Knightley Day said Ms Mantell had a wealth of experience to bring to the company. “All care homes face a tough recruitment climate right now, with top managers in short supply,” she said. “The team¹s experience and understanding of the market is of real benefit to our clients.” Knightley Search & Selection is a recruitment consultancy specialising in care home recruitment.
