Four Seasons applauds Scotland

Four Seasons Health Care, one of the UK¹s leading independent operators ­ with 113 homes and nearly 6,000 beds ­ has given unequivocal support to the Scottish Executive¹s proposal to offer free personal care for elderly people. Four Seasons chief executive Hamilton Anstead said older people in Scotland will be far better placed if the Executive implement the proposals, which are based on the UK Royal Commission. “Unlike Westminster, the Scottish Executive looks set to recognise the financial problems many vulnerable elderly people are faced with and ensure they can get the care they deserve,” Mr Anstead said.
