Four Seasons¹ Scotland appointment

Following the recent $500 million dollar acquisition of Omega Healthcare, Inc and Principal Healthcare Finance Ltd, Four Season Health Care chief executive Hamilton Anstead has announced details of an addition to his senior management team. Alister McGill, formerly human resources manager at Tamaris becomes managing director for Four Seasons¹ Scottish care homes, which now number 50 in total. Responsibility for care homes in England remains with Louis Smith, the existing managing director, who takes on the responsibility of about 90 more homes to add to the 74 already under his control. In Ireland, existing Four Seasons managing director Audrey Lockhead takes on an additional 42 homes to add to the 20 she currently controls.
