Fremantle Trust sets up a forum for managers in Buckinghamshire

Not-for-profit provider The Fremantle Trust has established a dementia care forum in Buckinghamshire.

Care home managers throughout the county have been invited to participate in the forum and the Trust says the response has been very encouraging.
