Graduates join Grimley’s healthcare team

International property advisers, GVA Grimley, have expanded their specialist care sector team in Birmingham with the appointment of Rachel Hull. Head of healthcare Andrew Sidwell said Ms Hull was the sixth graduate to join the national healthcare team. “Rachel has fitted in well to the team and will be involved in investment, valuation and agency work to ensure that receives the appropriate breath of experience,” said Mr Sidwell. Ms Hull said that, by selecting twelve graduates in 2005 to start at the same time, GVA Grimley had created a real feeling of camaraderie, a relaxed place to start work and a great social environment. “The firm’s excellent APC pass rate helped to encourage me further,” Ms Hull said.
