Green – ‘let’s make personalisation real, and not just rhetoric’

‘Personalisation’ and the ‘personalisation agenda’ were the topics of a discussion held at Care Agenda in late January.

Co-promoted by Caring Times with Kingston Bridge Communications, Care Agenda is an annual event which brings together care providers and suppliers of goods and services to the sector. The two-day event also includes a number of discussions and debates.
